Headache Relief Essential Oils Pack

Headaches are a nuisance and can often make doing just regular daily activities a real chore. We recommend using a combination of Peppermint, Lavender & Rosemary Essential Oils, blended together with a couple of drops of each. Studies have shown that Peppermint Oil can relax the mind and reduce nausea, Rosemary has shown in studies that it can actually reduce the impact of the pain felt, and Lavender has long been used as a calming essential oil in holistic treatment of migraines.

When applying to the skin, ensure you always dilute using a carrier oil and apply either directly to the temple or on the palms and wrists.
