Large Desert Sage Smudge Stick

Large Desert Sage Smudge Sticks are used for healing and to clear away negative energy. The smoke is generally used to bless, cleanse and for healing.

Sage is considered to be a sacred herb by Native Americans and each sage bundle consists of dried herbs, quite often bound with string. The herbs are later burned as part of a ceremony or ritual.
